Muffs and Stuffs

Everyone needs at least one Muff in their sonic toolkit. The tones are classic and unmistakable. We have all sorts of Muffs in stock, and if we don't we can always build one custom.

The Sheepshead is out take on the classic Ram's Head. Full of sharp, smooth, bight leads and crunchy, thick rhythm tones

The Wailbone KGB emulates the Sovtek Black Russian Muff.The Black Russian has been used by bands like the Black Keys to sharp, buzzy tone for heavy fuzz leads, but when dialed back almost sounds like a Proco Rat.

The Black Sheep is a hybrid between the classic rams head and the Black Russian Muff. Where all the bright and responsive feel of the Ram's Head meet the heavy lo-end of the Black Russian

The Commie, out take on the Sovtek Green Russian Muff, is about as close as you can get to those classic USSR tones for under $200. Dial it low to get a rough and gritty overdrive, or crank it for heavy , grungy leads.
